About us
A real estate agency built on care and clarity.
SHATY is a real estate agency in Bangladesh, beginning in Dhaka. We help people rent and buy homes, and we help owners let and sell them, with an approach that is selective, transparent and personal.
Our mission
To make finding, renting and selling a home in Dhaka a calm and well-informed experience. We present each property accurately, answer questions plainly and stay involved until our clients are settled.
Our approach
We work with a selective portfolio rather than an exhaustive one. Every listing is prepared and reviewed by our team before it is published, so that what you read on this site reflects the property you will visit.
For tenants and buyers
We listen to how you live and what you need, propose homes that fit, organise viewings at your convenience and guide you through the agreement, the deposit and the handover.
For owners
We take the time to understand your property and your expectations. If we take it on, we prepare the listing, present it to suitable tenants or buyers, and keep you informed at each stage. For rentals, we can continue to follow the tenancy once it begins.
